Amazing Saturday…

What better way to begin the weekend that to wake up late? Well not really late, just 9.30am
Did some bank work (which is a usual on Saturdays) and gave Flame a good wash. There’s work going on in my building and the bike gets very dirty

After that had to rush off to Amboli to my Uncle’s clinic. My cough has gotten a lot better but it has still been there. So needed to get myself checked again.

Madam C Next stop was Bandra to meet Madam C (her pics on the right and you can see me in the background taking the pic). Had plans to meet up for lunch and she was looking really gorgeous in her blue and yellow salwar (first time I have seen her in one). Went off to Lucky’s in Bandra, which is where I took this pic (my cell has a good cam). Had a good lunch.

Next stop: Carter Road Cafe Day

Spent a good deal of time there from 1.35 to 4.45 and we didn’t really order much :grin:

Finally went off to see the old fort in Bandstand. (Needa show her Mahakali Caves sometime I guess )

Dropped her off at her school (where she teaches) so that she could catch the rest of her sports day and came rushing back home to get ready for a double mass.

Well, quite an ordinary itinerary for a date, but then the company makes a whole lot of a difference, doesn’t it?

Called Mom and asked her to get my clothes ready so I only needed to change into formals. Got to the mass in Dominic Savio a little after the entrance hymn (not too late). It turned out to be a Silver Jubilee mass and not a wedding mass, which is even better. I like wedding masses but a Silver Jubilee is so much sweeter

By around 6.45 half of the choir went off to church to be there in time for the 7pm mass. I had to stay behind to sing the final wedding hymn

The 7pm mass was great as well and the whole choir trekked off to Garnish for a quick snack. yummmmm….

Slept rather late, as I decided to watch I, Robot before going to bed and woke up very very late (Mom woke me up at 10am).

Went off to get bike accessories and found it closed cause of Sunday. So I am going to have a very dirty bike by next Saturday.

Been sleeping all afternoon (guess it is the medicines) and am still drowsy. Don’t know if I have evening plans, but I do know I am going to bed early tonight. Afterall, it is the dreaded Monday tomorrow.
