Was using m0n5t3r’s Content Negotiation plugin which served my blog as application/xhtml+xml.

It gave me the satisfaction that my blog was perfectly coded as per XHTML standards. It would break with incorrect markup in browsers like Firefox. I didn’t mind this because it helped me rectify any errors.

Unfortunately, though I assured that my blog was coded to the latest standards, a lot of javascript code that was used on this blog would not work.

Three main things that didn’t work were Google Adsense, Technorati’s code and my Statcounter.

So, until everyone decides to conform to stricter standards, I’ve disabled the above plugin and will serve my blog as text/html
