Definitely not a rested day!

Was expecting to have a day of rest today but it has turned out to be far from it!

A little after I woke up, Madam C decided to pay me a surprise visit. Went out with her later for lunch and then dropped her home.

As I was heading back my already broken chain cover decided to break of completely and fall in the middle of the Western Express Highway. Couldn’t do much but ignore it and move on.

Visited my local eye clinic to get my specs done up. They were getting loose and I didn’t want them flying away as well!

On my way back home stopped by to get the vizor of my helmet changed. On inquiring found out that I can get a new chain cover put as well. Only problem is that the clasps holding them had broken and new ones needed to be done.

The bike was taken for welding and I spent a good half hour waiting.

Also got a new helmet lock put to replace the broken old one.

Lots of repairs and a lot of good money spent. But, I am glad with how things have turned out. The bike is as good as new now (excluding a nice cleaning that she needs).

Going to (hopefully) spent the rest of today resting
