Wordpress Theme Toolkit for Connections Reloaded??

I have been pondering over adding an admin menu to Connections Reloaded for quite a while now.

Stumbled upon Wordpress Theme Toolkit today, and it seems really cool to add to the theme.

Will probably save a lot of my time to use it as opposed to designing from scratch. Will see how this works out.
