An entertaining Monday began with some studying for mid-morning.
After this I went over to the house of the mouse. Plan was to catch the 7.30pm show of Open Season at Regal.

Reached her place a little past four and we set out around half past five for town to make it in time for the movie as well as spare some time to eat ![]()
Bought the tickets. The prices sure have risen even at Regal, so much so that today it makes sense to just stick to one of the theatres in the suburbs.
We stopped over at the McDonalds which is close to Regal for some burgers, which would be our dinner.
I decided to try my favorite Chicken Maharaja Mac which is almost equivalent to eating two burgers at one shot.
Here is me caught on camera ![]()
Took a short walk and then got back to Regal. We could have taken a much longer walk because we ended up waiting till 7.45pm and the movie only started at 8pm.
The movie was short, a little under 90 minutes. You can read my review of Open Season.
We then caught the bus back to her place following which I rode back home. Soon after I set out my iPOD died on me
. So I had a quiet ride home (if you exclude the noise pollution from the horns, engines and firecrackers). Next time I’m going to ensure it is charged before leaving my home.

Ahh.. Public Transport Sucks !!
Last week, I have hanging out of the bus (you know why), And my iPod slipped out of my pocket and got crushed under a Innova
I poured my tears on the road. I lost all my music, I didn’t even have a backup (Apple didn’t allow me to do so).
I want a new iPod now. I’m planning to buy the new 60GB Black iPod, but my friends suggest me to go for Creative Zen. What do you suggest ?

Did you buy your tunes from iTunes? In that case i guess most of music is gone, unless they let you get it again?
An iPOD is the ultimate. The 80Gb is out now, so I suggest you wait and pick that up instead of 60Gb.
The Creative Zen got a great deal of features but it isn’t as sleek as the iPOD.
Also from what I hear the iPOD sounds quality is a lot better than most other players for the “trained” ear. Though usually you won’t make the difference.
And getting a good set of headphones will help.
