Actually, my point is that a roadblock will work when there isn’t too much traffic. In the case of traffic, you are just worsening the situation.

It depends upon how a person look at the situation. I find you not in favor to this kind of security measure. For me this is good because at least if there is somebody out there who are again planning the same terrorism act, at least he will be warned not to pursue anymore because the government is now very strict in implementing their precautionary measures.
