Add to Footer allows you to add any HTML or JS code to the footer for your WordPress theme. This ensures that you don’t need to keep adding the same code in case you change your theme. Simply enter the settings once and you’re good to go!

Changes in v1.2:

Existing users can upgrade directly from within their WordPress admin area. If you aren’t an existing user, grab the plugin from the plugin page.

Add to Feed is a feed enhancement plugin that allows you to easily add a copyright notice and custom text/HTML to your WordPress blog feed. The custom text can be entered before and/or after the content of your blog post.

• Fixed: php warnings

Kevin has a fantastic post to change the boring thumbnail and text posts generated by my plugin Contextual Related Posts into clean and neat image based list with some CSS magic.

I released minor updates to my two plugins Add to All and Better Search.

Add to All is a new plugin I released recently that allows you to add CSS, JS and other code to your header, footer or content. It comes with inbuilt support for several third party services with several more to be added in due course.

My plugin Better Search just got better. v1.2 includes better template support, redesigned admin page, better WordPress widget support, etc. Please backup your database before upgrading.

Better Search replaces the default WordPress search engine with a more powerful search engine. Visitors will find more relevant search results of search terms. You can fine tune results by giving the title or the content more weighting.

About 2 weeks back I released a minor update to Top 10. This is a minor update that fixes the links in the Dashboard widgets when you login to your WP-Admin.

I have been working on an update for Contextual Related Posts to incorporate some of the changes in Top 10, especially related to thumbnail support. A summary of changes in v1.7 and 1.7.1 are:

This update is the first step towards adding in better support for styling the list, which has been the biggest request from most users of the plugin.

I have also added a wishlist for features I would like to add in future versions. As usual, suggestions and feature requests are welcome and will be implemented as soon as practicable.

I just released a minor update of my plugin Where did they go from here. This version fixes an issue for users who are deleting the plugin from within the WordPress admin interface.

I’ve also cleaned up a bit of code for updates, which is no longer required within the current version of WordPress.

For those who haven’t used this plugin before, it allows you to show “Readers who viewed this page, also viewed” links on your page. Much like Amazon.com’s product pages. The plugin helps you improve reader retention.

And, as my Christmas gift to you all, I have released v1.8 of Top 10. This version is a relatively large update with major reason being better thumbnail support. I have also cleaned up the code a bit and included some minor adjustments that should make your mySQL server happy (especially if you do not display excerpts).

The main changes are thanks to code from Daedalon.

I released a minor update to my related posts plugin Contextual Related Posts.

Display a list of contextually related posts for the current post. You can select the number of posts to display and if you want to automatically display the related posts in your content / feed.

Changes:

• Fixed: Few code tweaks to optimise mySQL performance
• Added: Dutch and Spanish language files

The mySQL tweaks are courtesy Mike Schroder, who contacted me with some key ways to optimise the mySQL query lookups. With these changes, the plugin should be a lot lighter on your mySQL databases especially if you got tonnes of posts and content.

I have also added in the Dutch and Spanish translations to this release. The current set of translations include:
