How to receive Support

I have tried to ensure that my projects are easy to use. However, I do understand that you may have questions.

Unfortunately due to lack of time in my pursuit of my day job, I am unable to provide the same levels of support as I did last year. As a result, I have shut down the support forums.

A direct consequence is that I will be providing minimal support for general questions via the contact form. However, replies will be at my sole discretion.

Support via Email

If you would like paid support, I can do so via email. However, this constitutes additional work as well as the possibility of repeated questions.

Hence, if you would like to receive support via Email please consider a donation of at least $100.

Problem still not solved?

I will do my very best to ensure that the problem gets solved.

In case I am unable to solve your problem, I will refund 50% of the amount you have donated.
