Yesterday was the much awaited party at work.
Not at our workplace but at a hotel called Hotel Highway View in Sanpada.
We had speeches by our GM and other heads at ASC itself after which we moved to the hotel.
Following the inauguration and cake cutting was the felicitation program where I got a nice alarm clock. The only reason I got this is because I am an GET (actually MT now)
After this program was the food and drinks. Well, they both really flowed and had very funny results.
Since I don’t drink alcohol, the main reason I was there was to eat and I am fully satisfied. The food was very good and thankfully there was chicken, so I wasn’t disappointed.
The effects of alcohol could be seen and yes I am very amused by it 😀
The DJ was good. I like jive and other ball room dances (though I am miserable at them) and he wasn’t playing that music. But, I did shake a leg. And he did have good music playing.
We left the place by 10.15pm and was home by 11.30am. Hit my bed immediately.
Work today started an hour late today.
Ohh and I did forget to mention that on Tuesday we got a lot of chocolates at work. Yummy!! =P~
