Soon after our last meetup, I proposed another SCMHRD Batchmeet. This time, the Seniors joined us as well, infact Siddhant and Mridul, two of the seniors even suggested the venue – Just Around the Corner in Bandra.
Picked up Trupti from Bandra station and went to find the place, the location of which was embedded somewhere deep in my mind. Some of you who travel (read roam about) as much as I do would identify with me when I say that the place is stuck there, you remember it clearly, but just dont know how to get to it!
Well, thankfully, the mind uncleared and I found the location.
Reached there to find five of my batchmates there. I’m going to avoid taking names in this post, because I suck at remembering names and I’ll just confuse the whole lot!
We soon found the seniors (Akshat was in an SCMHRD t-shirt and was easy to spot). Soon, a lot more seniors poured in. Maulin counted fourteen during the entire meet. And we were just nine of us as many others couldn’t make it this time.
With atleast 15 persons present at a table, it was little wonder that we created enough of a racket out there. The seniors were bombarded with questions about life at SCMHRD, course content, hostel life, internet connections (that was me) to almost every topic under the sun.
Overall the experience was great. My N73 proved useful as I managed to click some snaps. Now, I’m thinking I should have dragged along my digicam instead.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t get all of our seniors into the pictures… next time… 🙂
Overall we had a great experience. Things are a lot clearer now as we will enter into our hostel life in little over a month… as for the next meet, sometime soon 🙂
Well, it would difficult to remember 15 people’s name at this meeting:)
Getting to know the seniors before the college starts.
Gr8!
Pics are nice!
The best thing out of an MBA is not the management jargon/theory but the interactive sessions. You guys are on the right track even before starting yr mba. All the best.
